Prognostics and health management research based on electronic equipment

This paper outlines a vision for an electronic equipment prognostics and health management design framework. The framework is made up of data collection, character pick-up, state monitoring, fault prognostics and health management. The pivotal step is fault prognositics,which depends on lapsed history data, statistical data, equipment parameter /model, state monitoring. State monitoring for electronic equipment cannot obtain good effect at present. The best method is from statistical data. establish fault tree according to system theory knowledge and proceed Monte- carlo simulation according to fault probability distribution of every bottom event (basic element and device) in fault tree and then count related characteristic quantity before realize failure data knowledge acquisition.Established fault tree model according to the system circuit elements blueprint based on some hypotheses.
