VI Application in Frequency Convertor Fault Diagnosis
The frequency converor monitoring and fault diagnosis system adopts Visual Basic as the software platform and selects PC Data Acquisition to constitute system constructure based on VI. It effectively improves traditional system that has limited functions and high cost to upgrade. The system overcomes restrictions in signal analysis and data management. Its powerful functions realize frequency convertor sets real-time monitor, signal analysis, historical date management and figure vision. User can maintain, expand and update the VI easily. VI can shorten the research and development period, also greatly enhances systems function.
