Testing and analyzing software development of solid-liquid fluidized bed heat ezchanger performance
Solid-liquid fluidized bed technique can be used not only to increase convection coefficient, but also to restrict fouling growing. In this paper, making a testing and analyzing software which can test and analyze resistance characteristic and convection coefficient of once-through water solid-liquid fluidized bed heat exchanger on different conditions. The TA-LSCFBE software includes testing of heat transfer and pressure drop, parameter setting and data analyzing. The characteristics of TA-LSCFBE program are as follows: 1) realize on-line test of temperature (form format and chart format); 2)set sampling period and correctional temperature; 3) realize data processing and analyzing; 4)data can be saved by excel format and access format.
