Condition Information Based Equipment Maintenance Decision

The basic theory and core problem of on-condition maintenance is analyzed. And the idea utilizing RCMA (reliability centered maintenance analysis) to determine the on-condition maintenance object is introduced. Then the basic workflow of on-condition maintenance is given and analyzed and the problem that should be focused on solving in each step is point out. Finally, maintenance decision optimization of the equipments or components is defined as the emphases to be studied in the paper. Aimed at the difficulty, that is maintenance decision optimization, the on-condition maintenance decision model is deeply studied. On the platform of the developed maintenance decision system, the bearing vibration date is investigated by proportional hazard model. Maintenance decision analysis is conducted to a certain bearing as viewed from cost and availability. By comparison with other maintenance models, the accuracy and effectiveness of the model above is validated.
