TESTING FOR DYNAMIC PARAMETERS OF THE GUN BASED ON VIRTUAL INSTRUMENT

Because of the complex structure of artillery and more test parameters, it is necessary to develop a test system which is multi-functional, compatibility and easy to operate. Test system based on Virtual Instrument breaks through restrictions of the traditional methods of data measurement and processing, makes the functions of testing equipment be expanded easily through software being upgraded, and effectively improves the standard of detection techniques. Virtual Instrument is composed of the common hardware platform and application software. One of the basic hardware is PCI-4472 dynamic signal acquisition card from NI companies, and software is the graphical programming language - Lab-VIEW. Computer is the core of hardware platform, I / O equipment mostly completes acquisition, amplification and analog-digital conversion for input signal. Software system can be carried out with 4-channel testing and analysis result showed by figures. Live-fire test results show that software and hardware of the system satisfy the testing requirements of the dynamic parameters of artillery.
