Research on Fault Prognosis for Hoist Pump in Some Weapon Launcher
The fault modes of hoist pump in some weapon launcher are analyzed, the vibration sensors installation site is optimized, the characteristic parameters for fault prognosis of hoist pump are extracted by analyzing the vibration signal using time-domain analysis and wavelet packet analysis; the fault prognosis model (include fault mapping model and characteristic parameter prognosis model) of hoist pump are established in Matlab6.5 based on support vector machine; finally, the validity of fault prognosis model is validated by example.
