Design and Realization of Equipment Acquisition Organization Based on Similarity Measure Theory

摘要：

With the development of the military revolution, equipment acquisition management and control, as a basic precondition of equipment acquisition implementation, becomes more and more complicate. Equipment acquisition organization bears responsibility for management of programming, scientific research, production, using,support and etc. We have the point that matrix type organization is excellent in some aspects and matrix type organization can be fit for equipment acquisition work. We design matrix type organization according to the result.
