Study on the Fault Fuzzy Petri Net of the Hydraulic System of Certain Engineering Equipment
The fault fuzzy Petri net suitable to fault test and diagnosis of the hydraulic system of a certain engineering equipment was described and some special fault meanings were defined to every parameter. The fault fuzzy Petri model of the hydraulic system was established, which could express the hierarchy and transmission of the hydraulic system faults and provide theoretic basis for faults reasoning. The reliability of initial measurable nodes were determined by use of membership function. The application of Simulated Annealing Genetic Algorithm (SAGA) in the optimization of structure parameter of the fault fuzzy Petri net was researched and the reasonable modified formula to input weights was given, which could simplify the faults model, reduce the reasoning complexity and improve the diagnosis efficiency.
