Synthesis and Cytotozicity Test of Functional Nanoparticles

摘要：

In this paper, functional magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) with fluorescent isothiocyanate (FITC) doped silica (SiO2) shell were synthesized. Their influence on the viability and growth of both fibroblast cells and breast cancer cells were also tested. The experimental results indicated that low density of synthesized MNPs/SiO2(FITC) has no toxicity to cells.
