Miniature Fluorescence Detection System with LED Induced and PIN Photoelectrical Detector Integrated
This paper puts forwards a novel miniature fluorescence detector which can general used in glass based micro-fluidic chip. The high-powered light emitting diode is used as the exciting light, combining with multimode optical fiber to propagate into the detection window. The color filter is an interference thin film color filter with the thickness of only 2-3 micron. The PIN chip is selected as photoelectric detector. The interference thin film color filter and PIN chip are integrated on the microfluidic chip. Package is used to achieve integration of discrete elements. Experiment results show that the minimum concentration of FITC labeled Phenylalanine is 1 × 10-7mol/L.
