Dynamic Testing Technology for Microstructure in High g Acceleration
To study the dynamic characteristics of microstructures in high g acceleration, the dynamic testing technology in high g acceleration is studied and the testing equipment has been developed. The high g acceleration is generated by the centrifugal platform and the piezoceramics base device excites the microstructure in high g acceleration. The experiments for the microstructures in different stable high g accelerations from 0g to 10,000g are performed, and the dynamic characteristics of microstructures are obtained. The experimental results show when the microstructure is in large deflection in external high g acceleration, the natural frequency of the microstructure gets higher as external acceleration increases.
