Computed Laminography Imaging Inspection Method for Aeronautical Plate and Shell Components
Plate and shell components have become more and more popular in aeronautics industry. It is a key problem to make sure the high-reliability of these components. Industrial computed tomography (ICT) is a powerful testing and measurement tool. But conventional ICT can not execute the effective tomography imaging of plate and shell components. We researched computed laminography (CL) technique based on the cone-beam X-ray tilt scan and the algebraic reconstruction technique (ART) to solve this problem. The projection pre-processing method based on the projection convex on sets(POCS) and the non-local means post-processing method based on the similarity between different regions have been discussed. An experiment system based on a-si flat panel detector has been founded. The CL imaging experiment of aeronautical aluminum plate has been executed successfully. The validity of this method was verified by the results of experiments.
