The Research on Detection and Measurement of Traces of Pesticide (Chlorpyrifos) by Near Infrared (NIR)
This paper introduced the principle and characteristics of Near Infrared Spectroscopy Analytical Technology, based on which to study the methods of detecting pesticide in vegetable. The spinach chosen as the representative of leafy vegetables was made up to sample solution by electrochemical pretreatment, then scanned to get the spectrums. The regression models were developed by partial least squares (PLS). The determinations showed that the forecast results were reliable.
