Research on Vibration Cylinder Sensor for Micro_Mass Measurement
This paper introduces the method of micro mass measurement with vibration cylinder sensor. The principle is the use of its resonant vibration characteristics. If the equivalent stiffness and damping coefficient of the vibration cylinder remain unchanged, then its resonant frequency will change depending on the quality attached to the cylinder wall. By measuring the resonant frequency of vibration cylinder we can measure the change of quality attached to the cylinder wall. Experiments show that 1mg single-sided adhesive tape vibration can cause changes in the cylinder cycle of 0.1127μs.
