Linearity Improvement Technique for Carbon Nanotube Sensor Using Relevance Vector Machines
A linearity improvement technique is presented to carbon nanotube sensor in this paper. The technique is based on a new machine learn algorithm, relevance vector machines (RVM), which is used as an inverse model of the sensor. A carbon nanotube-based capacitive humidity sensor has been used as an example for demonstration. The results indicate that the RVM is an effective technique for improving the linearity of carbon nanotube sensor.
