Development of People-counting System Using Time-difference Method

摘要：

A people-counting circuit system is designed in this paper, which is based on the detection principle of infrared wave length, emitted from human body. Using the time-difference method, the system can be used to identify the passers moving directions, and to detect the numbers of people accurately and promptly. The detecting accuracy is more than 95％ when people pass by a 1.5 meter wide door.
