A New Type Intelligent Electric Actuator
FCS and intelligent instruments based on fieldbus technology have become the trend of control system. The paper develops a new type intelligent electric actuator. The trend of control system is discussed. The hardware circuit and software program of actuator is introduced. The hardware circuit includes master controller, motor driving circuit, CAN communication circuit and display circuit. The software introduces master program, control and computation subprogram, display subprogram. As master controller, MC9S08DZ60 has CAN bus interface. Actuator can communicate with master computer by CAN bus interface. The 12-bit ADC of MC9S08DZ60 can convert analog signal to digital signal. The hardware circuit is simplified. We adopt cascade PID control algorithm. The reliability, real-time and intelligence of the actuator is improved.
