Signal Eztraction Circuit Design Based on MEMS Vector Hydrophone
Base on Sensitive structure of four-beam+cilia vector hydrophone, a signal extraction Circuit designed. AD620 instrumentation amplifier is selected to amplify the signal. A 2nd low-pass Butterworth filter designed in front of 2nd amplifier to eliminate high frequency components interference.This circuit has been Simulated by using Multisim software.Vector hydrophone which use this design has been tested in the underwater, test result shows that the hydrophone can well recept the signal in the water.
