The Research of Generalized Model for Calculate Drive Efficiency of Planar Mechanism
A general mathematical model for calculate drive efficiency of planar mechanism is researched. Drive efficiency is an assessment factor which used to denote the energy efficiency coefficient during the transmission process, and the energy damage rate of the mechanism during the transmission can be found indirectly using the drive efficiency. Through the force and virtual work analyses of many kinds of mechanism, which have different architecture and motion form, the drive efficiency expression of calculate different planar mechanism is found. By generalization and analysis, the generalized mathematical model with commonness is summarized out, which can simplify the dynamic analysis process and enhance the analysis efficiency.
