Analysis and Computation on Product Measuring Errors

When a product is manufactured, a quality guarantee inspection should be conducted to check whether the product is compliance to the technical specifications, that is to say, a way, a reliable way, must be found to judge the error tolerance of the product. As some measuring errors exist generally, there are mis-acceptance and mis-rejection that come from random measuring error. A new method which decreases the mis-acceptance rate of products is presented in our paper. By analyzing the relationship between the measuring error and the measuring value, the distributing law on measuring value of overtolerance products is obtained under the condition of steady process and measurement. The calculating formulae and data table of Q1 (the mis-acceptance rate) have been given also. Finally, the quality control of manufacture products is analyzed based on the data table of Q1 actual application.
