Portable and non-contact shaft diameter measurement system design based on the linear array CCD
(0) Considering that most present measurement of shaft workpiece are contact and static, this paper is aimed at discussing and designing a convenient non-contact instrument for diameter measurement based on the linear array CCD camera, which meets the need of automatic production in present society. And it belongs to photoelectric and static measurement. This instrument is a kind of production integrated optics, machinery, electronic, which has a great economic benefit and social significance in insuring product quality, reducing the consumption of raw materials and production cost, and promoting production efficiency.
