Digitized Measurement System Design Based on Light-section Microscope

摘要：

Based on measuring principle of light-section method, utilizing conventional light-section microscope, color video camera, integrated circuit board, computer, surface roughness standard block, standard interface, specimen, etc, a digital measuring system of light-section microscope is developed. This system can take images and dispose them, and then the parameter of surface roughness of GB/T3505-2000 is gained. This system realizes the automation of image distill and data disposal.
