A Study on Non-contact Measuring System for the Micropore inside of the Cylinder
Based on optical endoscopic, pattern displacement sensor and modern photoelectric sense technology, a kind of non-contact measurement technique was put forward,the size and the location of the micropore inside of the brake master cylinder i.e. complicated cylinder part can be measured by the designed system. The building up, the overall structure and the basic principles of the system were discussed, the measuring error was analyzed, and the real time computer data collecting and processing system based on Visual C++6.0 integrated development environment. The experiment result confirms that its accuracy is super to 0.03%FS, its resolution is up to 0.005mm and its repeatability is super to 0. 01mm.
