Effect of YAG Multiple-frequency Laser Irradiation on the Isoflavone Content in Soybean Seedings
This research was concerned with the effects on isoflavones content in soybean seedlings irradiated by 532nm YAG multiple-frequency laser in dfferent irradiation dosages. The results showed that when the seed irradiated by YAG multiple-frequency laser (300mW) the content of soy isoflavones in seminal leaf and leaf blade increased significantly, especially for the group of 5 min pretreatment, the content of soy isoflavones in leaf blade increased 13.3%.
