Animal Building Temperature Control Strategy Based on Fuzzy Control System
The animal building is a place of the animal activity. Only in suitable environment, can animal be more productive. So, it is important to study on environmental monitoring and control of animal building and improve animal raising condition. The mathematics model of environment temperature is established based on the fuzzy arithmetic theory. It deals with the problems of traditional animal building, such as outdated management, high cost, low-level, etc. automatically. The system measures the environment parameters based on PCI-DAQ virtual instrument data acquisition system, transmits the data by 32 bits parallel bus, and adjusts the fan rotate speed by inverter. It is used to run in real environment, the original environment temperature is 30℃, and the given value is 27℃, and the precision is within ±0.5℃. It also monitors and controls the temperature parameter real-timely based on fuzzy control technology. Compared with the traditional PID control system, it can increase the stability of system, avoid the subjectivity and random of manual operation, and improve precision and efficiency of the whole system. The system has high practical value and prospect of using since it meets the request of scientific producing and automatic management of animal building.
