Biological Nonsmooth Surface Test Bench Design
Surface resistance and adhesion are the problems exist between dredging equipments and soil. In order to solving this problem, one type of teeth of the cutter is designed according to some phenomenon in bionics. This paper introduce the designing of bionic resistance reducing teeth bench which can offering the data about cutting power for measuring the teeths foundation of resistance reducing. This test bed uses stepper motor as momentum, octagonal ring force sensors as measuring components and single-chip microcomputer as controlling components. The cutting angle and speed can be adjusted for simulating various working situation of bionic dredging teeth. The data getting from experiments could help to analyze the specialties of different kind of dredging teeth, and providing reference for its optimized design.
