A Random Time-Delay Fizing Method in Feedback Path of the Telecontrol System Based on Internet

The random time-delay of Internet is the main problem to develop telecontrol system based on Internet. We have proposed a new method to fixing the random time-delay in feedback path of telecontrol system. Based on the time-driven of model, the method uses the event-driven method. Random time-delay brings error to control-information, but which can be compensated by sampled-information processor in local computer and remote computer. Finally, the system of random time-delay in feedback path is equal to the system of fixed time-delay in feedback path. The method not only can improve the real time of telecontrol system, but also can make the study for telecontrol system simplification.
