Research on Hysteresis Current Control of Multilevel Inverter
Multilevel inverters have different operating characteristics and especial control requests towards different topologies. Diode-neutral-point-clamped three-level dual buck half bridge inverter remains the characteristics of no shoot-through problem and separate optimization of power devices, meanwhile it lower voltage stress of power devices. This thesis brings forward a three-level dual band hysteresis current control method for three-level dual buck half bridge inverter. Experiment verifies validity of this method.
