The Design and Control Method of the Universal Test Interface
The universal test interface use to select one channel form many channels to connect to the input ports of one test equipment. Firstly, we analyze the characteristic of all input signals of the universal test interface. We separate the input signals for three types, low value signal, high value signal and current signal. Then, we design three types circuits to select three types signals and give the control program based on Visual C++. The low value signal select circuit and the current signal select circuit consist of the finished product relay boards. The high value select circuit uses the interlock technology to avoid short circuit of the input signals.
