Test Method of Construction Quality and Construction Control of ATB-25

摘要：

ATB-25 is a kind of new base material in the flexible base asphalt pavement in China. The quality of construction decides the longevity of the flexible base asphalt pavement. This article points to the features of aggregate segregation easily and compaction difficulty when base is constructed with ATB-25, and combines the Fujian Pucheng-Nanping express case study, has carried out field compaction and segregation tests of ATB-25.The test method of aggregate segregation of ATB-25 and standards of aggregate segregation grades is put forward. According to the test results, the method that can effectively avoid the segregation of the aggregate, reach the compaction request, and ensure the construction quality of paving and rolling compaction technology is summarized.
