Design of Driving Circuit for Integrated Low-voltage Electrophoresis Chip

It is presented here a driving circuit for integrated low-voltage electrophoresis chip based on microelectrode array, which is used in biochemical analysis. And it is a new structure of control circuit, which applies the separation voltage alternatively and circularly along the separation channel by microelectrode array. The driving circuit based on AVR MCU is used to control where and when the separation voltage can be applied onto the channel. By this kind of design the separation voltage of the microchip electrophoresis system can be lower to 30V~60V, which releases the lab-on-a-chip of the bondage from the external high-voltage power supply.
