Research of Key Technology of Automatic Tracking System of Filling Machine
This paper studies a sort of automatic tracking system of 12-pin filling machine, whose filling speed can reach up to 500 bottles per minute. Full-servo control is employed to design this system, which includes five major process steps, like position tracking, vertical falling, synchronous filling, vertical uplift and backhaul. In this paper, motion model of automatic tracking system of filling machine is set up, and motion state of motion components in each process step is analyzed, on that basis, tracking algorithms of every servo motion trail based on the initial position of the first affuse pin is established, and motion curve for each actuating motor is designed, and finally verification experimental verification are carried out. At present, it is first time that the tracking system which is directed to filling machine is studied.
