Analysis Simply the Problem of Interference Rejection of PLC Controlling System
In PLC control system, for PLC itself, its weak link in the port of I/O, though it has the fairly reliable isolation with scene and the isolation between port as well as the isolation between port input singal 、export signal and the signal of bus line, since the application occasion of PLC is more and more broad, application environment is more and more complex, it gets also more and more disturb. For example from distortion of the power source waveform 、the electromagnetism the equipment on-the-spot produces 、the couple of earthing resistance and the shake of input element contact etc. those disturbs make system work abnormally probably. Therefore to research source 、cause and restrains measure of disturb signal of PLC control system, it has important role for raising the ability of interference rejection and reliability of PLC control system. PLC is a kind of the industry production course control equipment with automation level high and flexible setup, though it has had the better ability of interference rejection, in the project design of PLC control system 、application and maintenance course, the systematic ability of interference rejection is still the key of reliable operation. In automation system various kinds of PLC are used in the bad electromagnetism environment mostly that strong electrical circuit and strong electrical equipment form, to raise the reliability of PLC control system, on the one hand, asking PLC manufacturer to raise the ability of interference rejection of equipment; On the other hand, asking to pay attention highly in project design 、installation construction and use maintenance, solve problem in many ways, strengthen the systematic ability of interference rejection efficiently. In paper, it has analysed disturb source and the measure of interference rejection of PLC control system, from hardware circuit design and software program authorized to start, to discuss the method and measure that raise the ability of interference rejection of PLC control system, and point out it must consider synthesize the interference rejection performance of control system in project application, then it can design the control system that satisfies requirement.
