The design of PLC-based furniture coating pipeline tension control system
Taking the furniture coating pipeline as the research object, this paper introduce an electric transmission automatic control system to achieve the requirement of the pipeline transmission systems speed and tension control. The system that takes five motors as the transmission shaft is made up of Mitsubishi FX_2N series PLC, Toshiba inverter, resistance ruler, speed sensor and touching screen etc. The system software, which can achieve synergistic control of transmission system speed and each drive shafts tension, is designed in the FXGP_WIN-C environment to solve the problems of unstable speed, unbalanced tension, pipeline control imbalance, drive shaft blocking etc, which lies in the traditional control method.
