The Design of Control System of Multilevel up-down and Translation Stereo Garage
With the rapid increase of private car ownership, the parking problem has become more serious. The traditional single-story and plane parking lot can not meet the market demand. Multilevel stereo garage can resolve the parking problem satisfactorily because of its small occupation area and it also can make good use of space. As a major component of the stereo garage, the control system is the key to realize a safe, reliable and efficient operation. In this paper, the control system of the stereo garage based on programmable controller (PLC) is designed, it meets the control functions and performance demands of the stereo garage, and realizes the car automatic control in the garage. The overall design of the control system is described, the hardware principle diagram is presented, the software design is introduced and software principle frame diagram is also derived. The experiment results indicated that the control system achieved the design objective, perfect functions, operation stability, and high cost performance.
