Study on virtual maintenance of autoloader
The technique of virtual maintain is more and more widely used in maintain training of complex machine.This paper established three-dimensional model in 3DS MAX8,analyzed interacting relationship between assembly objects and assembly route programming,established a virtual maintenance environment in EON Professional 5. 5,and on the basement, it simulated in virtual maintenance environment. As a result,it developed a virtual maintenance training system for the autoloader with the ability of interaction control, the system contains database module 、fault analysis module 、virtual environment module 、virtual maintain module, the interface is terseness and operation is convenient. It has much economic benefit and obvious training effect to use this system to do maitain training.
