A Direct-current Ezcitation Signal Adjustment Method of Automatic Test Equipment

This article has analyzed the production reason of direct-current excitation signal error in one automatic test equipment, and proposed a solution method. This methods core is that measures a group of output direct-current excitation signal through the intelligent meter, calculates the signal conditioning circuits actual enlargement factor by the least square method. When actual outputting, carries on the revision to the input signal to obtain the more precise output signal. The practice proved that the direct-current excitation signal error is smaller than 0.1% after the improvement, definitely satisfy the requirement of direct-current excitation signal accuracy in this automatic test equipment.
