The Optimization Design for Certain Automatic Grenade Launcher
Based on the special design requirement of powerful automatic grenade launcher, mechanism is optimization designed, where the optimization goal is the optimum control of system kinetic characteristics. By the theory of rigid –body dynamics, the dynamic model of launcher is established. The mass and structure parameters of the major component are taken as variable factor. The integrated environment factor during work is regarded as noise factor. Meeting the operation requirement of launcher and guaranteeing the reliability of mechanism are taken as optimization goal. Based on this, the model of structure optimization design is created. using preferred variable factor and optimal design which bases on environment robustness, the effective technological approaches which is used to ensure the weapons favorable overall performance is also discussed.
