The adjustment system of on-line weighing process design of the 12-pin straight-line filling machine

As to ensure the accuracy of the measurement of product packaging and automatically adjust the bottles dose, the design takes the 12-pin straight-line filling machine as the example, mainly discussed on how to check the dose of the bottle on each spot of the filling group while the machine is filling. So the paper brings forward the project of on-line weighing and designs the adjustment system for that, thus effectively improves the filling accuracy.
