Application of PIV Technique in Oil Concocting Flow Field Testing
Establish the mathematic by similarity theory. Using the laser Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV), and taking two different kinds of oil as amedium, the organic-glass oilcan as the carrier, and using annularity spray nozzle, a test on velocity field of oil concocting is carried out. Obtained the average velocity vector field and vorticity field in the same section, analyzed the influence of different Reynolds number on flow field,and the corresponding changes of vorticity. Flow Field test of oil concocting with PIV is a feasible and effective experimental technique.
