Dynamic Pressure Calibration Based on the Discrete Liquid Sine Method
This paper analyses the deficiency of existing dynamic pressure calibrator; then presents a discrete liquid sine pressure calibration method which is consistent with the practical pressure wave, and powered by discrete pneumatic pressure source. In this method, the pressure rise time could be below 50μs, the peak pressure remains, and does not change as the frequency changes. Then this gives rise to a full scale calibration, namely the pressure rises from null to max, and then return to null; amplitude ratio reaches 200%. All of these basically meet the requirements of practical dynamic pressure calibration and the referent frequency characteristic calibration of the sensor.
