Ezperimental Study on Working Characteristics of Pneumatic Booster Valve

As one of the most important equipments of pneumatic system, pneumatic booster valves are broadly applied in industry. Pressure and flow rate of upstream and downstream influent working characteristics of booster valve. Through the experimental study and analysis of flow characteristics, variations of action frequency, air efficiency and energy efficiency were clarified, and that provided an important basis for optimum design and selection. The AIR POWER METER, we developed, can measure flow rate, pressure, temperature and power of air at the same time, the pulse frequency of turbulent air, the meter can measure, is as high as 50Hz, it matches our demands very well.
