Temperature Field Research of Detonator in Pill Based on ANSYS

At present, we use burning way to dispose reject mortar bomb which are filled by Trinitrotoluene Nitronaphthalene. When the detonator in pill begins to burn, the oral detonator burning at first, then all the detonator burned. In order to research whether the detonator in pill could safely burning, it is necessary to analyze the temperature field in the detonator in pill. In this paper, we use ANSYS software to analyze the temperature field of the detonator in pill when it is burning, consequently offer theory evidence for the safe burning condition of the detonator in pill.
