Design of Data Acquisition System Based on CAN Bus
CAN bus and its excellences are introduced briefly, a data acquisition system based on CAN bus is given. Firstly, the structure of system is given, two kinds of nodes of system and their structure composing are described, and the functions of every part are explained in detail. Then, the circuit design is introduced, circuit diagram is given, the circuit includes MCU, CAN controller, optocoupler, CAN transceiver and DC-DC power module., thirdly, the software design is given, the network communication rule is introduced and the work mode set of SJA1000 is explained, At last, the software program especially the SJA1000 initialization code is given. The data acquisition system of this paper has many excellence of high reliability, better real time character and convenience, application foreground is very wide.
