Design of Multi-channel Analog Signal Generator with High-precision
Self-test and test is an indispensable feature in the data acquisition system, Multi-channel analog signal generator with high-precision is very important for data acquisition system to realize self-test and test, it provides a variety of signal analog waveform for tested equipment in order to test their various technical indexes. In this paper, we discussed realization of the multi-channel signal generator from two aspects, which are theory and implement. The design of multi-channel signal generator based on USB2.0 and FPGA, using ADG506 electronic switch for channel switching, provides tested equipment with 16-channel high-precision analog signal including sine wave, square wave, triangular wave, dc signals and so on.
