Design of the Large-capacity and High-speed Data Storage System Based on FPGA and PSRAM

摘要：

In the data acquisition system,how to complete large-capacity data storage has become a key issue. According to the application in the practical engineering,this paper introduced a data storage system that is consisted of FPGA as the central logic controlling module and 16-bit PSRAM as the external memory.And the hardware interface circuit and the corresponding design ideas have been given. Through test,the system includes these advantages:simple operation instructions,large storage capacity and fast storage speed.
