Dual Clutch Transmission System Simulation
Basing on the research of structure and working principles of dual clutch, the whole DCT system is divided into engine subsystem, clutch (1/2) subsystem, control subsystem, synchronization (1/2) subsystem, and vehicle calculating subsystem. The following parameters were used: 1.923 and 1.375 as the transmission ratio, 1250Kg as the weight of the vehicle, as well as the degree of the accelerograph at 50%. Through calculating It has got the curve of the clip pressure of the two clutches as well as the impulsion degree. The result has proven the rightness of the model.
