Dual Clutch Transmission System Simulation
Basing on the research of structure and working principles of dual clutch, the whole DCT system is divided into engine subsystem, clutch (1/2) subsystem, control subsystem, synchronization (1/2) subsystem, and vehicle calculating subsystem. The following parameters were used: 1.923 and 1.375 as the transmission ratio, 1250Kg as the weight of the vehicle, as well as the degree of the accelerograph at 50％. Through calculating It has got the curve of the clip pressure of the two clutches as well as the impulsion degree. The result has proven the rightness of the model.
