Float Linearized Calibration of Circular Grating and Its Application

Rotational angle of circular grating has a rough error with its calculation because of its inevitable delineate error and mechanical installation error. When rotational angle of circular grating is to be measued, we should amend its output value. There are some defects in conventional mechanical adjust and simple linearized amendment such that calibration process is very complicate and slowly efficient as well as it cant achieve a high measurement accurracy. Aimming at aboved problems, a new float linearized calibration of circular grating is proposed in this paper with a simple calibration process in which a linearized superposition algorithm of theoritical value and error amendment is established and the speed of angle measurement and tracking is promoted resulted in a simple calibration process and a higher measurement precise.
