Grey clustering evaluation on static operational effectiveness of LRMLRS

摘要：

This paper uses the grey clustering evaluation based on grey weighting clustering and trigonometric white function to build the first class index such as fire capability, mobility, survivability, communications assets. The first class index is divided into 35 indices. Comparing with M270, we get the greyer clustering coefficient of subentry static operational effectiveness index, synthesis operational effectiveness and investigate LRMLRS static operational effectiveness well.
