An Ethernet Based Real-Time Solution to Rocket Controller Test

This paper, resulted from an engineering background, introduces a complete solution to a real-time rocket controller diagnosis. It involves fast data acquisition, dynamic memory management and real time data transfer based on Ethernet technology. The object under test is a rocket, the purpose is to examine and diagnose the functions of the critical units such as gyroscope, accelerometer, onboard computing unit, instruction generator and driving actuator. The diagnosis system mainly consists of a server computer and a remote client (a remote test unit). They are connected via Ethernet. They perform activation, data acquisition, data transfer, data analysis and data management.
